Virtual Middle School
at
Surprise Christian Academy
Middle school is a transitional time in a child’s life where they are preparing for the change of the elementary life to the high school one. At Surprise Christian Academy, we foster this time and continue to connect with each student to ensure their transition to high school is smooth and stress-free.
In our virtual courses, our 6-8 grades will split their time between being online and offline. Their offline time will consist of reading, projects, or competing tasks, while their online time will include meeting with teachers, connecting with their class, and completing and turning in assignments. Families will receive all needed course materials for completion at home.
In combination with the offline aspect, students will also meet weekly with their teacher in a virtual class session, as well as an individual session. This allows our teachers to become familiar with each student and aware of their individual needs.
Each student will have their own individual learning plan while enrolled at SCA. This plan is developed by their teacher and is constantly updated based on what topics and skills the students are mastering or struggling with.

Tuition
Virtual middle school through Surprise Christian Academy is $4,800 per year.
Students that are eligible for the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account may have most, if not all, of their tuition reduced.
